We were kickin it with Nick Speed last night and he put this in my hands. This has got to be one of the hardest mixtapes that I’ve heard from the Detroit area in a minute. I’m not sure why it wasn’t in our hands sooner, but here it is. Detroit based MC, Illite, is a prime example of some of the overlooked raw talent that saturates our city.
